Ex NFL QB Steve McNair Found Shot Dead Inside Condo In Nashville, Tennessee

This is awful news. I was a big fan. And the slim details are not making this sound any better. Condolences to his family, friends, and fans.

    Yeah, the absence of details is frustrating. There appears to be a much bigger story here.

    Was this woman pulled over for drivng an Escalade (DUI) registered to McNair?

    This is beyond tragic and terrible.

    But let me play devil's advocate. Yet again, we see the wages of the $20 Million slave trade (to channel Prof. Todd Boyd) that is college football recruiting, onto trhe pros. These guys grow up in weird bubbles, with family members and hangers-on bouncing around inside. And on top of that no one ever purges the bamma and/or ghettofab tendencies, which too often, as now, jump back and bite them. Even Air McNair.
