Wow. Was this taken at the Emmy's? Nay! Nay! This is worse than the Obama shower curtain.
I know the Africans have dresses like this with peoples pics on them for a special occasions, and I admire what she tried to to. However, it just looks like a bolt of fabric wrapped around her, too homemade looking.
