I know the price sounds steep, but consider that this theater would have reclining armchair seats with footrests, digital projection and the best sound quality available, as well as a lounge and bar serving cocktails and appetizers, a concierge service and valet parking. There would also be room for only 40 folks in the entire theater. The food and drink would set you back a bit also, but for a once in a blue moon event with the main squeeze or a night out with your best buddies, it might be a fun thing to do.
