Yesterday was National Black HIV AIDS Awareness Day!
Black Formula One racer Lewis Hamilton was taunted with racial slurs and folks in blackface in Spain.
Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts made a brave appearance during NYC's Fashion Week, showing her beauty and strength during her battle with breast cancer.

I saw Robin on GMA this morning. It was very hard for me to watch.
I worry so much about her. I often wonder if she is working to hard.
see, i know that this young man has been prepared for evil like that!

and .....have they forgotten WHO saved their azzes years ago during the many wars over there?

i too think that robin may be pushing herself too much--but she is has common sense and faith...she will pull back if it gets to be too much! i think she is on a mission to educate woman and people about breast cancer and all that is involved by being a survivor.

I think Robin Roberts is an awesome, strong woman. I do speak healing in Jesus name for her. She should be a poster child (woman) for courage and strength while fighting cancer, not just Elizabeth Edwards.
I choke up about Robin Roberts. I saw pics of her and almost cried like a baby.
As for Lewis Hamilton, I hope that young brotha stays strong. I saw the blackface on those Spaniards and was completely disgusted.
Its 2008, when are some these sports stars from Europe are going to stop being so diplomatic. Call those people out but do it with tact and class.
