I wonder why all these news people want to know about the black experience all of a sudden. If they really wanted to know, how about giving more attention to the fact that missing black children are never on this news shows.
Professor Tracey writes, "Let's see if CNN does any better than MSNBC did focusing on black women in America."
Don't count on it.
why we got to be last?
see, this is hype-nothing to it--some lame idea that has holes and will not float...why are they waitin til the summer to complete it?
who is going to remember to watch?
i'll read about this later...hype....
Not sure I wanna watch the later shows. I don't trust MSM studying us.
There they go again. The first portion I saw on their website is in reference to MLK Jr. and while I respect all the work he has done as a civil rights leader, but do we really need yet another special on that? How about something current, uplifting, thought provoking, or indepth or something that begins with his death but quickly relates it to present day issues...don't count on it. Maybe part II will feature Malcolm X and then Harriet Tubman and the Reconstruction... *rolls eyes*
Andrew Young.
I am finding it impossible to ever take him seriously again.
The show was quite amazing but...Andrew Young. *shakes his head*
