I can't remember whose blog I stole this picture from, but every time I look at this photo, it cracks me up. I'm not trying to wolf on my white brethren, but could you ever picture a black person doing this?

Ehm, yes... I have seen this and worse from black men. Everybody should go to Carnival in Trinidad at least once.
I'm from San Francisco, and this picture looks like it was taken in San Francisco to me. These types of sightings are actually quite common around those parts, unfortunately.
