Rampant Conservative Blogger Racism Results In Rachael Ray's Commerical Being Yanked Off The Air
So, it's not racist or criminal to joke about assassinating a black man whose running for President of the United States, but white folks get their panties in a bunch over a scarf that a talk show host wears in a Dunkin' Donuts ad? A "Muslim-like" scarf? A style of scarf that is worn by a man, not a woman? Where's the beef? Michelle Malkin clearly loves to keep proving that she is certifiably insane and what about her readers?

Ok but even more pathetic is that DD pulled the ad and I had to send them a scathing email telling them to not pander to racists because they'd certainly lose more customers in the end. I also mentioned that woman did not represent their customer base and probably never even set foot in one of their stores.

I guess a conservative would suggest that all's well cuz some sorry excuse for an apology's been issued. Whatever.
Everyday I am reminded that this country's a long way from dealing with racism. This election's allowed people to show their true colors and I'm getting bored with it.d.
I was going to post on this and mention if I actually patronized Dunkin Donuts I would stop going there for bowing down to these crackpot xenophobes.

You are absolutely right. Anyone that watches Rachael Ray knows she's a nut for Starbucks. So, she's greedy and never should have taken DD's money in the first place. And DD's is the working class place, once again a missed opportunity to use a person of color or a white "non-millionarie" like RR.
I haven't stepped in DD for almost a year now. I'll have to keep that going. Cowards.
If Malkin ever walked the streets of Manhattan, she'd have an aneurysm. Everybody and they momma's rocking a keffiyeh right now. And I'm one of them.
I don't get it, all the stuff black bloggers have called out as being racist and only a few of these ads or TV show shows have been pulled. She makes one commentary on her blog and they pull the ad within a couple of days?
BTW everyone in NYC is wearing that scarf now, they sell the fake ones on the street for 5 bucks.
There's a picture of John McCain's SAUGHTER wearing that same type of scarf-is she a terrorist too?
