She's engaged. My guess is she's knocked up by her fiance. What's the big deal in that?
She doesn't represent Black women just herself. Now she needs to be pimped slapped for this threesome, but since she's not 28 yet my guess is she was pretty young too during the encounter...and probably dumb and star struck.
She seems to be willing to rectify the situation by testifying and seems to have moved on with her life in a positive direction.
Yeah. She was 17 when she hooked up with Kelly. The chick in question was 16. They were both children.
Kelly moved her (Lisa Van Allen) to Chicago with him and took care of her. She was his girlfriend. One of many but one none the less.
It's really easy to see how a 17 year old can get caught up with a famous, talented, 35 year old man who is offering to completely take care of her.

Alright. So the current fiance is hardly the best choice in Man but I stand by my saying that she herself was a kid when all this apparently went down, so she's as much a victim as the girl in question.

Number one, after all this time why is she a "surprise" witness? She should be willinging to testify in my book. If she was seventeen, she was a victim as well. She was mature enough to figure out to take money to sell on of the tapes.
Number two, she already has one child out of wedlock. How about getting married first, then actually PLANNING a family?
Number three, the very fact that she fell in with R. Kelly sreams that she needs to think about her choice in male partners.
When you continue to do bone-headed things, your character comes into question. I like to see black women be more that thoughtless pawns for men.
