What a mess.
I watched a little bit of Super Size Me 2 days ago and I'm fully committed to cutting junk food out of my life. My relative has just learned that she has fibroids so I'm gonna commit to my gym membership even more.
There's gotta be a way for the hood to learn about proper and healthier eating habits. With the increasing prices of food and the never-ending news of tainted food, I wonder how that will be possible. Everyone can't afford Whole Foods (aka Whole Paycheck). Trader Joe's is pretty reasonable though.
I think it's time I create an in-home garden. That should help with the grocery bill.
