Words For Warfare

''As soon as we say we want something, the universe says O.K., and it's like an obstacle course gets set up for you,'' Some people get part way through it and say, 'Never mind,' but if you really want it, you've got to be willing to dig in and go through the whole course, no matter what. You have to have blind faith that you'll come out on the other side. It's especially difficult in a world where everything is fast and in your face. Kids aren't taught that if you want something, you have to work for it. If you want it to last, you're not going to get it fast. Anything you get fast is not yours to keep.'' - Regina Carter

such a deep goodness in her words and so true.
in this microwaved - drive thru service society that we live in....the way of living that she speaks of is so rare and underminded by the masses.
it is too hard for so many people to live as she speaks of ...and it is a many are living on the outside --but are dead on the inside....

such a powerful quote to add to one's thinking and doing day by day.

and i Love her music!!
a gift from God that she pours back out to honor Him.
