ABC Poll Says Racism Won't Effect Obama In Presidential Election

Yeah right! This kind of pointless poll is exactly why I wish they would stop doing polls period. Most people tell pollsters what they want to hear. What white person is going to admit that they hate black people to some yahoo conducting a random poll? Remember during the primaries when some white folks told exit polls that they voted for Obama, when results clearly showed that most white folks voted for Hillary?

And how do you balance out racism? If white people are voting for McCain because they don't or won't even consider the "black guy" then that is racism effecting the presidential election. They didn't even bother to seriously consider both candidates, race played a major factor, that can't be balanced out or evened out because a group of whites are willing to vote for Obama.

I wish folks would stop trying to figure out a way to make racism in America go away instead of having a real dialogue about race relations in America. We would be better off as a country instead of this continuous denial of reality.
