This is beyond sad and marks a serious loss for Democrats. She was a dynamic and passionate woman. Rest in peace U.S. Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones!

I just spoke with a friend who lives in Cleveland who says that the city is reeling from this loss. "Tubbs Jones was a legend in these parts," he says. Blacks folks in her ward are meeting every night and morning scrambling to come up with someone to replace her before the folks on the other side of town does. They can't afford to lose everything she stood for on their behalf.
