What Is It About The Word "Convicted Felon" That Senator Ted Stevens Does Not Understand?

Only in America can a white man be convicted of seven felonies, still run for office and still expect to be allowed to serve if he wins. Senator Harry Reid should not have to tell this old dude the real deal, that a convicted felon cannot serve, Senator Stevens is a lawyer after all, at least for now. And if he does win re-election, it will be absolute proof that many voters in Alaska are complete idiots!
