Caroline Kennedy Makes A Hot Mess Out Of NY Senate Appointment With The Help Of Governor Patterson
Let's hope Caroline Kennedy waves goodbye to any future ambitions for public office. Her first venture into politics has turned into a hot mess. And Governor Patterson is coming off looking like a first class goofball. Make a decision brotha, today! Stop letting this mess drag on. And don't pick Andrew Cuomo either!

Kennedy was one thing, Cuomo is not for the people, I think he's for self.
Patterson is probably out of the way himself once elections occur.
Glad she stepped back...it seems presumptious.
She outta think about her Uncle on his last legs and get control of her wild, bratty kids. ie: Rose hanging out at Harvard with Lohan and Sam Ronson and who knows what John Jack and Tatiana are up to.
Many of us NYers were kinda starting to like Caroline. But he has pick Rep.Kirsten Gillibrand who is an unknown for upstate NY and now there is great debate over that. She'll be good for us Upstaters in the fact that we're the step child of the state and she's from here and knows the issues that need to be address. We haven't be represented in a long time and are always forgotten.
Patterson was a goofball before this senate thing and actually if he tries to implement all this stupid stuff Who does an Obesity tax? Takes away money from the school districts and health care, but gives more money to those on welfare (I work for this department in my county) when it's not needed? NY doesn't follow the 5 year federal rule like 95% of the other states. When the fed cuts you off after 5, NY state picks you up for as long as you want to be on it. This is suppose to be temporary, but NY state has let people make a lifetime/generational curse off of it.
I don't think he'll see another term.
