Unfortunately, unless it is called "art", extreme jewelry, housing, and high-end cars owned by rappers, football, and b-ball players could have very limited re-sale value.
Did these rappers really think someone would want their expensive, odd-looking, customized junk?
That's why some people go poor even after they've made millions. Wealthy people buy items that go up in value or depreciate slowly.
These idiots don't get that.
