Horton Hears A Lot of Whos - About 46 Million Worth

I was lucky this weekend, I was not anywhere near any children that could have batted their little puppy dog eyes at me and begged to be taken to see Horton Hears A Who. Considering that the film raked in 45.1 million this weekend, I was one of the lucky few. I love children's books, but the thought of being trapped in a theater with hordes of screaming and whining children makes my blood run cold. God bless all the parents, godmothers and other fictive kin that suffer through these movies for the sake of their children.

LOLOL....i hear you prof...and i rec' that blessing--hahah

no we don't do many movies-one of our daughters has an issue with sounds being too loud--and the movie people have lost their minds the way they turn the vol. up to the highest.
it is very annoying to my ears also...

her ears are sooo sensitive it's not worth the trouble of going to "see" if she'll be ok. so we will wait for the dvd. this one is a bit young for our girls anyway..but you never know what children will like...right now, they are into hannah montanna and h.s. musical 1 & 2....right now...hahaha

but i want to go see that batman movie! LOVE ME SOME BATMAN!!!i'll finish this on the batman post....

but i do like dr. suess...ohhh the places you will go!!
