Mama Says Sometimes Sorry Just Doesn't Fix It!
Hillary Clinton was apologizing to black folks about everything yesterday and you know what, it didn't matter a lick. Once that kind of Geraldine Ferraro type mess gets out into the world, it can't be taken back or resolved with an apology. And Clinton would not be apologizing if she didn't need black folks to get elected. She would completely ignore us, just like John McCain is doing. I'm sick of folks being sorry for racist behavior AFTER THE FACT. As my mama says, sometimes sorry just doesn't fix it.

I wholeheartedly agree. Those words were taken within the heart. An apology does nothing. Its funny because Hillary's campaign is built upon the same aura of racism that she "tried" to denounce.
Sometimes I eally wonder if the entire world is a twilight zone.

She still has plenty of Black people defending her and Geraldine like Stephanie Tubbs and Whoopi Goldberg. These 60-80 year old politicians are having a melt-down because their time is almost up and they're finding themselves being viewed as obsolete. If Obama had been a white male named Smith the nomination would've been locked up by now. I'd love to hear more conversation about Shirley Chisholm's run for office and the lack of support she got or Carole Moseley Braun or even Cynthia McKinney. When the dust settles from this election cycle I'd love to see a Black woman run again and let's gauge the support she receives.
