Will Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick Be Forced To Resign?

The special investigation around Da' Hip Hop Mayor of Detroit is winding down. I can't imagine that criminal charges will not follow, since there are mountains of evidence that he lied under oath. I wonder if he will get some class and resign willingly or will he be forced to resign because he is facing prosecution?
