An Open Letter To Bryon Pitts Of CBS News
Dear Mr. Pitts,
Thanks for proving the jerk Don Imus right. Black men do tear down black women better than he ever could.
Your remarks before Michelle Obama's speech were stupid, short-sighted, and flat-out sexist. Michelle Obama does not need to be as you put it, "(Michelle) needs to be less Jackée and more Jackie O." She just needed to be herself. Her down-to-earth, beautiful, ivy-league educated, well-dressed, classy, phenomenal black woman self.
Sir, do yourself and the entire world a favor, THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK!!!
You owe Michelle Obama an apology, yesterday! And until you issue that apology keep your trap shut about Michelle Obama. You have lost all right to speak about her because you don't have the good sense to respect who she is and what she represents.

The quality of African Americans in media in 2008 is truly pathetic.
I actually wouldn't care if there were no black faces I wouldn't miss them. I haven't been watching much TV this whole year anyway.
WT?
Did I miss something? Was this some sort of introduction? What was the content of the conversation? I tell ya, bm (some) are some jealous hating people. Did you catch wind of Michael Dyson's comment about Michelle?

Ebony listed Dyson as one of the hundred most influential black Americans. Go figure.
