This is a HUGE disappointment!! After all his lecturing and outrage about politics and the world as it is, he doesn't vote?! Don't we tell people that they have no right to complain about elected officials if they didn't vote?

I may have to just watch Chris Matthews. He can be annoying. But, he told Joe Scarborough that he wanted to do everything he could to help Obama be successful. It was a surprising statement. But, since I feel the same way, I don't mind watching Chris.

Hey Prof. Tracey!

My first time commenting but I've been reading your blog for a couple of months now. I couldn't agree with you more! I tried to send him an e-mail today but couldn't find an address for him so I commented on his blog AND sent an e-mail to Rachel Maddow since they're homies! :) Unbelievable that he rags on Bush every night but doesn't vote. Had campaign and special comments for weeks but doesn't vote. Mind boggling!

What do you want to bet that by tomorrow he will be REALLY sorry he said that on the View. I bet his office is getting flooded with calls and emails as we speak.

Wow, I'm really surprised. It's his choice, of course, but journalists have a responsibility to participate in the political process just like anyone else who believes in democracy. Isn't it an insult to his viewers to think that we will judge his objectivity based on the fact that he doesn't vote instead of...um, I don't know...his reporting? Shouldn't that be the measure of his credibility?

I still like Keith (and his ties) but this is a disappointment.

I like Keith. But he should vote. He should trust himself to maintain objectivity, and yet report. What does he have problems with multi-tasking?

It was quite a disappointment to hear this news. It nullifies some of his rhetoric.

I was telling friends on election day that I bet Keith O. and Rachel Maddow don't vote. They all laughed... Guess I was partly right.

PS... You need more info on some of these posts. How do you know he did not vote? What does this info come from?
