Life Is Truly Unfair And Cruel Sometimes - Nick Adenhart 1986-2009 (R.I.P.)

I'm glad his father got to see him pitch his major league debut. I can't stand folks who insist on drinking and driving, this dude might as well had a gun in his hand, he was that damn dangerous. Condolences and prayers to his family, friends, teammates, and fans.

Very scary and awful. I hope there's comfort for the family in that he achieved his goal.

Yes this is sad.

People go to great lengths to drive themselves home. There's always a choice and people continue to make poor choices.

just amazing how fast a fool can take a life!
we read about this and could really do nothing but shake our heads. It was a blessing as you said-that his father did get to see him and spend some time with him-i mean Who knew?!

it really makes me wonder how people can put so much energy into cig taxes-making laws adn getting them passed to stop people from smoking, trying to stop same-sexed marriages/relationships,And seem to do nothing to stop drunk driving/drivers nor domestic violence! (not to mention the catagory of the business/health ins/clean water thievin'sleezes)

again, can do nothing but shake my head....

on feet of faith&peace,
