Once again, where in the hell do these folks keep coming from? You had to kick over a pretty big rock to find a snake like Rex Rammell. This dude clearly does not know what courage, integrity, and honor actually means since he thinks it's funny to joke about issuing hunting tags for the first black President of the United States. And this dude adds insult to injury by being too damn stupid and racist to apologize when folks point out to you that your little "joke" wasn't funny.

I'm sure that he can get elected in Idaho saying stuff like that, hell it could probably be his campaign slogan and he'd get elected.
There are probably like 4 people of color living in Idaho; two of them play basketball for the University of Idaho and the other two are probably in prison.
He's just another of the Home Grown American Racist that continue to crop up. The result of too much ignorant inbreeding of hate.
