The racial population makeup of Iowa is 91.5% White, 3.7% Latino, 2.3% Black, 1.4% Asian, and 0.3% American Indian. We can't find a more diverse or racially balanced state to set the national tone for the presidential candidate nomination process? The heartland of America, oh please!
