Professor Tracey Thinks Moving Is Hell!!!
I'm currently in the middle of knocking off #10 on the "Ten Things I Intend To Do In 2009 post I made a while back - "Move from the completely backwards, hillbilly ass, ain't got nothing to offer, no black people-having, small-ass town called Hell I'm currently living in."
I truly hate moving, but in this case it's an absolutely long-overdue "I Gotta Do This or I'm Gonna Die Here" situation. Yeah, it's that serious. Wish me luck, prayers, sympathy, and good humor with movers doing their damn best to bust up my shit.

I merely transferred to another larger unit in my apt complex. It's work! My next move is either to another complex or get out of dodge and find "a life"!!!

I hate moving also, but I feel you on your predicament by moving away from living in an area that has nothing to offer you. My kids remind me everyday that I chose to move here after I retired from the military. That's one of the reasons why I Blog and I've met more interesting people on the internet than I have here. My daughter graduates from high school this year and I'm out of here.
Good luck girl, I'm going thru the same thing myself, so I really feel you....it's all I can do to get through the day with all this STUFF I have to move.
But if I was in some backward, hillbilly town I would be burnin' rubber to get out! lol
